Shipping policy

Order Processing: our processing time can vary. Our current processing time is typically 4–10 business days. Since we’re a small team, this time frame may shift during busy periods (like when one of our videos takes off and orders come flying in 💌). Please note that processing times are subject to change without notice, but we’re always working as quickly as possible to get your order packed with care and on its way to you! p.s. all orders have the same order processing time. The shipping speed chosen at checkout does not replace or impact the order processing time needed to get your package ready for shipment.

Shipping: Chubby Star is not responsible for any issues with delivery, non-delivery, damages, customs and duties, lost packages, transit delays, or any other issues that may arise. Chubby Star cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery— especially due to an incorrect or insufficient address. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Returns: For hygiene and safety reasons Chubby Star doesn't accept exchanges or returns at this time.

Return To Sender: Chubby Star is not responsible for any packages that are returned back to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. All packages that are returned will incur a $5 restocking fee per item, and customers will receive a store credit for their order amount minus restocking and shipping fees.
