Returns: For hygiene and safety reasons Chubby Star doesn't accept exchanges or returns at this time.

Return To Sender: Chubby Star is not responsible for any packages that are returned back to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. All packages that are returned will incur a $5 restocking fee per item, and customers will receive a store credit for their order amount minus restocking and shipping fees.

Order Processing: our processing time can vary. Our current processing time is typically 4–10 business days. Since we’re a small team, this time frame may shift during busy periods (like when one of our videos takes off and orders come flying in 💌). Please note that processing times are subject to change without notice, but we’re always working as quickly as humanly possible to get your order packed with care and on its way to you! p.s. all orders have the same order processing time. The shipping speed chosen at checkout does not replace or impact the order processing time needed to get your package ready for shipment.

Shipping: Chubby Star is not responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and customer. Chubby Star is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages, transit issues, damages, customs or duties, or any other issues that may arise. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible to pay all customs and duties associated with their orders. By placing an order, all international customers agree to release Chubby Star of all responsibilities and liabilities for the delivery of their orders. We do not provide reshipments, refunds or replacements for any international shipments or any shipping fees, unless the order is cancelled prior to shipping.
